Cold Cure Flexible foam For the production of seats, seat back, headrests, etc., in the automotive market; cushion and paddings in general for the furniture industry. |
Hot Cure Flexible Foam This technology is mostly used in the production of seats for the automotive industry. |
Integral Skin Foam With the moulding of parts made of integral skin PU foam the resulting goods do not need further finishing after they come out from the moulds. This technology is employed in several working processes in the following sectors: automotive, furniture, sport and technical articles, etc. |
PU Elastomer Non expanded PU system with elastomeric properties. It is moulded in various “Shore A” grades of hardness for the different production of technical items with high mechanical resistance. |
Rigid Foams The moulding of PU rigid foams includes three different types of production. Low density – soundproof panels, boilers, refrigerators; medium density -wood imitation and articles for furniture; high density – parts for the furniture industry, automotive, skis, snowboards, technical articles in general, etc. |
RIM / R-RIM e S-RIM These names identify three different technologies for the moulding of PU foams, generally not expanded, which give high mechanical performances to the finished parts (bumpers, wheel arches, doorpanels, etc.), depending on the type of “charges” present in the formulation.
Semi-rigid Foam Semirigid foams are mainly used in the automotive market for the production of sound-deadning parts, back-foaming of dashboards, mats, trunk, door-panels, etc.
From this foam are produced also the shock absorbers for car bumpers.

Dual Density Soles And Direct Injection This technology is used for the production of finished items with a double density ( compact + expanded ). Shoe soles can be moulded using mainly polyesther PU systems while with the direct injection sport, leisure and safety shoes can be obtained.
Inner soles The production of inner soles is made by using PU systems particularly formulated for this end. Inner soles are then coupled either with textile or soft leather and used to increase comfort and transpiration inside the footwear.
Mono Density Soles And Direct Injection The production of shoe soles is made by using mainly polyether and polyesther PU systems while with the direct injection can be obtained sport and leisure shoes and slippers for different uses. |
PU to Rubber Soles This technology is used in the production of shoe soles where it is required a double density (expanded PU + rubber) and in the production of sport, leisure and safety shoes by direct injection. |
Rubber Soles Using different rubber compounds shoe soles for sport, leisure and safety shoes can be produced. |
