Their innovative formulation based on a new family of synthetic polymers allows to obtain excellent release performances. Compared to traditional solvent base release agents the consumption is reduced and build-up on the moulds is very low. Generally, the use of Ecolease WI 1028 and Ecolease WI 1029 helps maintain good surface definition with grained or patterned finishes (e.g. leather effect). 3/14/2006: RUBBER LUBE Bladder Lubricants Rubber Lube are new semipermanent water based lubricants used as bladder coatings in the tyre production. They are ready-to use products based on a mono-component emulsion. According to the specific conditions of work, they can either be applied inside the green tyre or directly on the bladder (pre-heated or not). They guarantee a consistent increase in the number of releases and help to extend the productive life of the bladder and reduce the rates of rejects. Please, contact our technical and/or commercial staff for further informations. 2/6/2006: MTM ® & Mandrel Lube Thanks to the continuous experience aquired by our technicians directly "on the field" and in constant co-operation with our Customers, Kemi has recently developed an innovative system for the OUT OF LINE application of water based mandrel lubricant on flexible mandrels used in the production of rehinforced hoses . This innovative system has been named KEMI MTM ®.
