KEMI offers a complete choice of mould release agents for the different stages of the tyre construction. From batch-off to rubber moulding by vulcanization.
Besides from traditional products for batch-off (pre-dispersed powders) and vulcanisation (dispersed mica) we can offer a complete choice of new mould release for :
- batch-off, blends of surfactants to be diluted in water, that can guarantee the release of pallettized rubber bands, and the consequent passage through the extruder thus eliminating completely the serios dust problems in the workplace associated with the use of anti-sticking powders
- vulcanisation, water based semi-permanent products for bladder and tyre tread mould treatments, allowing a cleaner workplace, impovement of the finished tyre (completely black also on the inside) and shortned cycles ( the application is cyclic and depends on the dimension of the tyre). A big step ahead, then, to meet health requirements and to increase the quality standard asked for by our customers.
