Kemi has a catalogue of over 1500 solvent and water-based product formulations. In the polyurethane foam processing sectors, Kemi has the right solution to satisfy its customers´ production needs, by means of ready-to-use, high-solid or dilutable concentrated products. For the rubber industry, Kemi can offer both conventional products suitable for any type of blend, and semipermanent multi-release formulations for rubber-to-rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts.

Throughout 20 years of continuous commitment to the research and development of innovative solutions in the field of mould release technology, today KEMI is able to offer a selective choice of products and specialty chemicals addressed to the moulding of the different PU foams. - In the automotive and furniture industries and the production of technical articles : Cold and hot cure flexible foams - Integral skin - RIM, R-RIM e S-RIM - Rigid and semirigid Acoustic insulation and Impact absorption – Elastomers. In the footwear industry for polyether and polyester systems: Mono Density soles and direct injection - Dual density soles and direct injection - Rubber soles – PU to rubber soles and direct injection. Beyond traditional solvent base products, Kemi can offer the complete range of water base formulations “ECOLEASE”. All ECOLEASE products are based over non toxic and inert raw materials and are completely environment friendly.

	Rubber Release
	All our products are high-tech and specifically featured for each different application in the rubber industry: shaped and reinforced hoses (extruded both on flexible and rigid mandrel), transmission belt, compounds of thermoplastic rubber, batch-off, latex foams. Thanks to their high biodegradability most products have a very low impact on the environment.

KEMI offers a complete choice of mould release agents for the different stages of the tyre construction. From batch-off to rubber moulding by vulcanization. Besides from traditional products for batch-off (pre-dispersed powders) and vulcanisation (dispersed mica) we can offer a complete choice of new mould release for : - batch-off, blends of surfactants to be diluted in water, that can guarantee the release of pallettized rubber bands, and the consequent passage through the extruder thus eliminating completely the serios dust problems in the workplace associated with the use of anti-sticking powders - vulcanisation, water based semi-permanent products for bladder and tyre tread mould treatments, allowing a cleaner workplace, impovement of the finished tyre (completely black also on the inside) and shortned cycles ( the application is cyclic and depends on the dimension of the tyre). A big step ahead, then, to meet health requirements and to increase the quality standard asked for by our customers.

	Cleaners And Auxiliaries For Mould Treatment
	Moulds in good efficiency improve significantly the moulding performance thus reducing the number of scraps. For this reason, KEMI has developed a complete choice of mould cleaners and auxiliaries. These products, used promptly and constantly, allow an improvement of the quality of the finished parts and help reducing the costs of cleaning due to reduced down time of machinery.
